Product of Dr. Amaya's passion for design and Inspired by the glamor of the pharmacies of the end of the 19th century, but with an avant-garde and contemporary trend, we created luxurious rooms that offer an atmosphere of comfort and elegance, with the advantages of a hotel, but with all the facilities for a faster recovery.

WHAT DOES OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE CONSIST OF?

With more than 15 years of experience, the Felipe Amaya Institute is one of the most important center of medical tourism in Colombia and one of the most important in Latin America.

As approximately 40% of the patients who visit our Institute, come from other cities and abroad, we have our own accommodation and concierge service.

This service is in charge of Jesica, our International Patient Coordinator, who has extensive experience in hospitality, supervising every detail, to ensure an easy and pleasant trip for our patients and an unforeseen experience.
She speaks English and Spanish what makes it easy for all of our patients to have permanent support during their stay.

Our team is responsible for coordinating everything related to accommodation, food, transfers, medical appointments, tourism in the city and help as much as possible in any other situation that may be needed.

We are located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, near restaurants, malls and the architecture of one of the best areas of Bogotá.

We are very close to the Felipe Amaya Institute for Plastic Surgery, and a few blocks from the new financial district and the charming Usaquén neighborhood which is one of the main tourist attractions of the city, because it's bohemian atmosphere, full of cafes and sophisticated restaurants.

HOW THE MEAL PLAN WORKS?

For patients who take the meal plan, three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are offered, designed by a nutrition team that offers an exquisite and balanced menu, according to the moment of recovery of each patient.
For guests who have food restrictions, we offer a diverse menu for each situation.
We include snacks and a delicious variety of tropical fruits between meals.
