MASTECTOMY – FTM TOP SURGERY
This procedure is one of the most requested in our Institute by our transgender community, due to the little experience that exists in the country in this technique and the long waiting lists in the United States of patients yearning to change their breasts for a male pectorals.
With this technique we were able to resect the breasts, leaving a masculine and square aspect to the chest, getting a scar located in the lower fold of the breastplate and a very natural nipple.
This scar at first is red but with time it becomes a thin and not very evident line. Although the nipple loses sensitivity, its shape is very natural because its size is reduced to the size of a male areola and the nipple is reconstructed.
It is a procedure that is performed under general anesthesia in just one hour and recovery with very little pain.
The inability to return to work is usually 5 days, patients who visit us from other countries should stay in Bogota for a week for an adequate recovery and should arrive two days before the procedure for a good preparation.

3. BUTTOCKS SURGERY
The buttocks are an area that not only refers to the buttcheeks, but to the lateral part of the hip and that is fundamental to achieve an attractive and sculptural body.
They should not be too small or too big, but they should ensure that the body has beautiful curves that achieve complete harmony.
WHAT AREAS WE TREAT?
Each patient has a particular problem in their buttocks and different expectations regarding shape and size. The most frequent problems are:
– Buttocks with very little projection: Refers to a very flat buttocks
– Depressed trochanteric pits: refers to depressed areas of the hip that interrupt the normal curvature of a body with curves
– Cellulitis and depressed areas: multiple sinkings and retractions of the skin of the buttocks
– Retraction of the lower pole: refers to a flattening of the lower portion of the buttock that always happens over the years and that forms a depression in that area.
4. INCREASE AND LIP PROFILE
The lips are a fundamental structure in the sex assignment and give grace and harmony to the face.
Our preferred treatment for lips is the infiltration of hyaluronic acid. We use the Juvederm-Volift ® brand, from the Allergan ® laboratory, which lasts approximately two years.
The volume and shape depend on the aesthetics of each patient, in some cases we only delineate the edge of the lip and in others we add volume that is generally discrete. When the patient wants a more radical change, we increase the amount used, but always leaving a natural appearance.
5. LASER DEPILATION
Hair removal is the simplest step in the gender transition. Although hormonal management helps in an almost absolute way, many patients benefit from our treatments because we have the most modern diode laser that, in addition to offering great results, is very painless.

6. FEMINIZATION OF THE SKIN (AmayaPeel ®)
